This time, Kotaro has a new opponent, the Crisis Empire. He also has new powers. He also has multiple forms, Robo Rider & Bio Rider. Robo rider's armor looks more robotic-like, with black and orange color. While Bio Rider has blue and silver color.
Kali ini, Kotaro punya musuh baru, namanya Crisis Empire. Dia juga punya kekuatan baru lho. Sekarang bisa berubah ke wujud yang baru. Ada Robo Rider yang bentuknya mirip robot dengan warna hitam dan oranye. Ada juga Bio Rider yang warnanya biru dan silver.
